AUCHAN – SHOPPING CENTRE IN BUSSOLENGO (VR-ITALY)

Expansion of the shopping center "Le Porte del Garda", located in Bussolengo Cà di Capri.

Works involve redevelopment and expansion of the shopping center, creating new facilities such as restaurants, business and entertainment services.

The project consists of the following main phases:

• Phase 1: improving and redesigning a part of the existing building (close to the future extension area), as well as the upgrading of existing tunnels and plants.

Area of approx. 2,500.00 square meters;

• Phase 2: demolition and preparatory works in order to build prefabricated structures;
• Phase 3: construction of precast structures, internal and external finishing and technological systems. Total area of approx. 18,000.00 square meters.

This project also foresees ancillary works such as the arrangement of surrounding areas including a loading bay, construction of a parking lot and  internal roads.

Works were executed by "Consorzio Stabile Infrastrutture" of which ICM S.p.A. holds 90% of shares.
