LOGISTIC BUILDING ADJACENT TO THE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX EASTGATE PARK

The project consists of the realization in Portogruaro VE, on behalf of Pirelli Real Estate, of a precast building for logistic use, included within the Environmental Recovery and Urban Restructuring Plan of the area of the former ENI. The building with total surface of 32.341.21 sq.mt. is divided in two warehouses areas and an office area of about 1.000 sq.mt. developed in two levels; 59 loading ramps have been forecast and a paving capacity of 5.000 Kg/there are sq.mt.. The building with the height to the underside of the beam of about 9.00 mt. has reinforced concrete foundations on piles and the precast structure in prestressed concrete R120, the perimeter walls will be realized in coated precast curtain panels.Included in the work there are also internal urbanization works for the lot of relevance, fences, gates, external lighting, external paving, seeded lawn and high trees planting.
