DEVELOPMENT OF COTOROSSI - VICENZA

The project is developed in the former industrial area, for years home to the Rossi Cotton Mill, adjacent to the historic centre of Vicenza. In the same area there is the new Court of the City of Vicenza. The position of the area is particularly valuable, because: the old town is within walking distance, the railway station is less than 1 km, the junctions are easily accessible thanks to the South Ring Road, in the immediate vicinity and within easy reach there are the Berici Hills and the villa "La Rotonda", a masterpiece of the architect Andrea Palladio. The initiative for urban redevelopment and environmental site provides an action plan for the construction of approximately 47,000 square meters with different uses, commercial, residential, office and covered parking for approximately 1,100 cars. The quality standard of the buildings to be implemented will be characterized by a high quality and technologically advanced solutions.
